Reporting directly to the Executive Director and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, I lead brand, creative, and marketing strategy across three legal entities, shaping organizational storytelling and audience engagement for one of the nation’s most effective progressive grassroots organizations.
Brand Leadership: Partnered with an external digital agency to lead a six-figure organizational rebrand and name change launching January 2026 (Sister District → States Win), aligning identity, messaging, and visuals across entities.
Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel communications strategies that mobilize supporters, drive fundraising, and increase visibility nationwide.
Creative Direction: Oversee all creative output, including impact reports, campaign collateral, video storytelling, and digital content—earning three consecutive GAIN Powerful Idea Awards (2022–2024) for excellence in nonprofit communications.
